News Fast, New Delhi ED Raid Puneet : ED had recently raided in Faridabad, Haryana. From where cyber fraudster Puneet Kumar was arrested.
At the same time, the ED team seized 19.500 kg of gold from the locker kept in the name of his mother in the Indian Bank located in Faridabad.
During a major operation, the ED team in Faridabad, located in Haryana, near Delhi, has seized about 19 kg of gold from the house of cyber fraudster Puneet Kumar.

If we look at its current price in the market, it is around Rs 14 crore. On May 3, the ED team investigated and found that Puneet’s mother had a locker in Indian Bank. When the team searched it, 19 kg of gold was found in it.
ED Raids had received secret information. Due to which the team took action and recovered the gold from the locker of Puneet’s mother. Puneet had taken this locker in the name of his mother.
Police arrested Punit from Delhi airport on April 3. After which the police sent Punit on 12-day remand of ED. At present Punit is in judicial custody.

Along with this, the ED team had searched 14 premises in February and March 2024. In which foreign gold bars weighing a total of eight kilograms and many properties were seized. Whose price in the market is around Rs 5 crore.
The team had recovered cash worth Rs 75 lakh, jewellery, high-end luxury watches, many luxury cars like Mercedes, Audi and Kia from Puneet Kumar’s house. Along with some electronic equipment, objectionable documents were also seized.
